The historic First Presbyterian Church at 210 N. Spring Street is a fixture in the city of Murfreesboro. It was used as a hospital by both sides in the civil war, destroyed, replaced, damaged by the 1913 tornado, reimagined with modifications to the design of the structure and roof, and added to the National Register of Historic Places around the time of World War I.
